1. Definitions

In this Agreement:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting an enrolment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law to use our services.

3. Programme Description and Availability

Loopmind delivers online AI development programmes across three structured tracks. Each programme runs over a fixed number of weeks with scheduled live sessions, asynchronous exercises, and mentor feedback delivered remotely.

Programmes are delivered primarily in English and are open to participants globally, although our content draws on contexts relevant to Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Session scheduling is based on Malaysian Standard Time (MST, UTC+8).

We reserve the right to adjust programme content, scheduling, or delivery format where necessary. We will notify enrolled participants of any material changes with as much advance notice as possible.

4. Enrolment and Account

Enrolment requires submission of an enquiry form and confirmation from Loopmind following a brief suitability check. You are responsible for providing accurate information during enrolment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you. You must not share access to programme materials or live sessions with individuals who have not enrolled.

We may suspend or withdraw access if we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms are being breached.

5. User Responsibilities

By enrolling in a Loopmind programme, you agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content, including session recordings, written exercises, feedback templates, and course documentation, is the intellectual property of Loopmind and is protected under applicable Malaysian law.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Content for personal learning purposes during and following the duration of your programme. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Content without written permission from Loopmind.

Project work you produce yourself during the programme belongs to you. Loopmind does not claim ownership of your original code, analysis, or documentation.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are payable in full before programme commencement, unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Instalment arrangements are available for the Machine Learning Engineering Track and the Advanced AI Development & Deployment Programme. Missed instalment payments may result in suspension of access until arrears are cleared.

All payments are processed via third-party payment providers. Loopmind does not store payment card or banking details.

8. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided the programme has not yet commenced and you have not accessed any recorded materials or submitted any work.

Once a programme has commenced or materials have been accessed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

Refunds are not available in cases where a learner is removed from a programme for breach of these Terms.

9. Completion Records

Loopmind provides completion records to participants who fulfil the programme requirements, including project submissions and attendance at a minimum proportion of live sessions. Completion records confirm participation and the content covered; they are not formal academic qualifications or nationally recognised credentials.

10. Disclaimers

Loopmind programmes are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain content quality and mentor availability, we do not guarantee any particular outcome from programme participation, including employment outcomes or specific skill levels.

We make no representations about the suitability of our programmes for any particular professional purpose or certification pathway.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Loopmind's total liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the programme in which you are enrolled.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from participation in or inability to access our programmes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loopmind, its directors, mentors, and staff from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our website or programme materials in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate participation with written notice. Loopmind may terminate access without notice in cases of serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

On termination, your right to access live sessions and new programme materials ceases. Previously downloaded permitted materials may be retained for personal learning use.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia, with jurisdiction in Penang.
